The information we store about you and/or your company is completely up to you, you are not required to provide us with any information at all. You can abstain from providing us with the information we ask for, this may however result in some services being unavailable to you. None of the information we ask for is considered "sensitive personal information" by the Swedish government agency Datainspektionen but we ask you to be observant of the fact that the information you do provide is stored in our database.
You are always entitled to view the information we have collected regarding you and/or your company and have them corrected according to 26 § and 28 § of the personal information law (1998:204). According to the law a written, signed application is required.
Recipients
All information you provide will be accessible to you only unless otherwise stated. Apart from you only Niviac will have access to your information. Anonymized or completely unidentifiable information may be passed on to third parties. Complete information may be passed on in cases where government agencies have the right of law to request the information, for example the Swedish government agency Datainspektionen has the right to access any stored personal information.
IP addresses
We store all visiting IP addresses for statistics and security reasons.
